Refund policy
No refunds or returns are given on any items. All of my items are personalised/handmade and therefore can not be returned to be resold, or returned for a refund.
With the majority of my items being personalised items, I strongly advise that you triple-check all spellings and wording before submitting and paying for your order. With a quick turnaround on orders, emails stating spelling/mistakes have been made may not be seen before your order is started/complete. Please triple-check all personalisation and address spelling/accuracy before checkout. We take no responsibility for printing/making/posting items with errors due to customer mistakes.
If for any reason a customer chooses to post back an item (no refund will be given), the return postage must be covered by the customer.
