xoxo cupcake charm

This listing is for one 'xoxo' charm (small/cupcake size charm).

This item will be made in your chosen colour 3mm thick acrylic. Approx 5.5cm at its longest point/diameter.

Please note, charms do not come with a stick/skewers/inserts to put into the cake. They are flat at the back. No digital mock designs are sent prior to your order being made unless requested. If you would prefer this, please leave a note at checkout stating this and with your email address (requests for mock designs will delay the dispatch time stated).

Acrylic toppers/charms will be dispatched 1-5 working days after ordering, following our dispatch policy.

Please note that if you order multiple different products from our store, please refer to the item with the longest dispatch time for the recommended dispatch time. The time taken for your item to arrive after being dispatched depends on the postage option selected at checkout.

Please handle your acrylic items with care, especially small delicate cuts. All acrylic items can be reused if kept in good condition.

Solid acrylic colours

Certain acrylic items will be posted with both the front and back protective covering on. If so, there will be a label on the packaging telling you so, and to peel off the layers before use. This is to protect your item from damage during transit.

Mirrored acrylic colours

Mirrored acrylic will show the coloured mirror effect on the front and grey on the back. This is completely normal and is how the mirror effect is created. Please DO NOT try to peel the grey off the back as this will damage the item, it is supposed to be there. If there is a protective backing over the back of your mirrored item it will be stated clearly on your products packaging.

To prevent the mirror effect being damaged during shipping, a clear protective covering will be placed over the front. When ready to use your item, simply peel the clear cover from the front to reveal the mirror effect.
